The second home opened by Tanner Romania Mission, Casa Rachel was bought to provide opportunities for more children to be removed from the spital and taken into their care. Casa Rachel has 9 children with varied behavioral problems as well as some having physical and developmental disabilities. Still managed by Sandie and Bruce it is now run by a Romanian house mother.
